“When we released the first wedding capsule for Mr Porter in 2021, we were really overwhelmed by the positive response. We tried to address the perennial problem of dressing for smart summer occasions such as weddings, in a way that wasn’t stuffy or restricted, and which had more of a European feel about it. So the silhouette had to be relaxed and comfortable, which is why we made the jackets unstructured, resulting in a really natural drape with soft shoulders. With a variety of cotton and linen fabrics to choose from again this season, we think this tailoring capsule is one of the best we’ve ever created.” – Oliver Spencer
